The Ranaviru Information Technology Training Institute was opened on 04 June 2001 at the Panagoda Army premises.
Two Decades of Service
The Ranaviru Information Technology Training Institute was ceremonially declared open by the Hon. Prime Minister, Mr. Ratnasiri Wickremanayake, on 04 June 2001 at the Panagoda Army premises.
RITTI was established with a vision of becoming the primary resource centre for IT training for Ranaviru family members, as an extended welfare service of the Sri Lanka Army.
To become the primary resource centre for providing IT training for Ranaviru family members as an extended welfare service of the Sri Lanka Army.
To provide IT training courses at several levels of proficiency, allowing trainees to pursue career opportunities that match their qualifications, experience and ability.

Based at the Signal School in Boowelikada.

Opened in March 2011.

Situated at the Signal Central Workshop in Kokavil.

Serving Ranaviru families in the Trincomalee area.

Ranaviru IT is a registered training institute under the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission of Sri Lanka.
